We ship within Australia and to New Zealand, normally within 1-2 Business Days of ordering 


Please note: once orders have been lodged with Australia Post or Sendle we no longer have control over their delivery. We will provide you with a tracking number via email or text (depending on the method of contact you enter). Please use this tracking number to track your item if required.For any questions about the delivery of your package after dispatch please contact the postage delivery service. Please note that we are not liable for any packages lost by the postage delivery service, or packages that are stolen after delivery. No refunds or replacements will be processed for orders that are determined to be delivered by the postage service. No exceptions.

There is an option to purchase order insurance at the checkout. Choosing not to purchase insurance of your package is done at your own risk. As previously stated we do not provide refunds for packages marked as delivered and are not liable for lost or stolen packages. For the option to get your money back and be able to repurchase items in the case of a lost or stolen package, insurance MUST be purchased and a claim can be made through the insurance provider. 

International Shipping 

ORDERS OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA -  We do not charge the GST on orders outside Australia. 

Customs/Duties/Import Taxes 

We strongly suggest that all International customers check with their local customs agency for their Rules & Regulations/Restrictions on the importation of Dietary Supplements and/or our Herbal Formula ingredients prior to placing an order. 

PLEASE NOTE: International shipping costs DO NOT include Import fees, Duties, or Taxes. These fees will be calculated and charged by the delivering countries customs agency once the shipment has arrived. Once a package has arrived at the delivering countries customs agency The Detox Shop no longer has control over the status or whereabouts of packages once they have been handed to the postage carrier service. If you have any disputes over the delivery status of your package you will need to open an investigation through Australia Post or Sendle.  Due to a long response time from Australia Post, we highly suggest contacting your local customs agency for updated information prior to requesting an investigation being opened. Under no circumstances will any package be declared at any amount other than the invoice amount. This practice is illegal, please do not ask us to do it. Customs fees are the responsibility of the package recipient. 

The Detox Shop is not responsible for customs fees assessed for any international order. Any returned package due to non-compliance of Customs Fees/Rules & Regulations/Restrictions is subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

All shipping charges are non-refundable. 

The Detox Shop is not responsible for any seized or returned package(s) or product(s) due to an individual's non-compliance with customs regulations or restrictions.

Please note: We are not able to take responsibility for packages once they have left Australia. All AusPost tracking details will be provided so that the customer can tracking package themselves. 


Please double-check your entire order upon arrival. No claims will be respected unless made within 7 days of receipt of goods. If your order has been damaged or appears to have been opened during shipping, please keep it in the original packaging and notify us immediately.

All returns must have prior authorization from a Senior Staff Member of The Detox Shop (CEO or Manager).  We accept unopened tincture and glycerin formulas ONLY, within 7 days of receipt of goods.  We gladly accept unopened returns/exchanges due to our error (bottle seals MUST be intact).  Any returns not due to our error are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

Loose Teas, Powder Blends, Salves, Capsulated Formulas, Sale Items and Educational Materials cannot be returned. No exceptions.
